Travel

Complaints and dispute resolution

For questions or complaints, contact support@yourbirthdaystars.com. We will try to resolve complaints amicably. Consumers may contact the competent Portuguese alternative consumer dispute resolution entity where applicable. See the official list of consumer dispute resolution entities. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Payment and refunds

The report is digital content available immediately after payment. For consumers with a statutory right of withdrawal, including eligible EU consumers, you may request withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@yourbirthdaystars.com. We will process refunds where required by applicable law. Delivery of the report does not, by itself, waive statutory withdrawal rights. If something is wrong with your report, contact us and we will help.
